Buckwheat crêpes with chocolate-hazelnut butter
Make your own Nutella and take pancakes to the next level

Buckwheat crêpes are one of my favourite things to eat on weekend mornings. I like mine very thin, crispy, and lacy. A small amount of jam or nut butter is just enough to bring a balance of sweet and salty. You can also add caramelised peaches or stewed plums as a topping. Note that this batter is best after it has a chance to rest in the fridge overnight.
